Courses required for the Certified Federal HR Practitioner (cFHRP) program cover the fundamental technical and procedural knowledge needed by the successful HR practitioner.

Courses in the Certified Federal HR Advisor certificate (cFHRA) program build on cFHRP concepts and significantly broaden and expand the competencies necessary to serve as a valuable advisor to management.

Certified Federal HR Business Partner (cFHRBP) courses further develop the analytical and consulting skills that equip the HR advisor to serve as a strategic partner in accomplishing the agency's mission.
